The Positives and Negatives of the State of the Industry for Sellers
There's so much competition. If you have high quality business, they will go into legitimate bidding wars for your assecs. That's their whole mandate. So that's crazy good stuff. Now, on the negative side, there isn't too much negative stuff on the asel side,. except for maybe if you are in a business that's declining or right below a million dollars. But yet, and what we'll talk about now, whether someone should sell or hold, i think to do some of the issues that are coming down the pipe.
