How Do You Know if You Can Trust Me?
The first step is to create a sense of trust. The next piece is just really listening, right? And if you listen to the things they zero in on, or where the emotion is, that's where i want to dig in and learn more. I'm going to ask them more stories about that,. But it's kind of slow process of really kind of poning in on what does this person want to tell me, what do they want to share? That's usually kind of first piece of developing what the story's going to become.
