Sorcerer's Crusade: A Guide to Dark Ages Magic

Sorcerer's Crusade worked really hard to put you in the mindset of the period. I would have liked a little bit more discussion of what the metaphysics at the time could be. The contrivance of using the pillars was a pretty interesting one and there were enough faults in how they were being used. It really felt like a second draft of a game so maybe it's just not for me. Although some sections were missed opportunities this book is a solid and helpful aid to dark ages mages.
