Is It Easier to Train a Dog?
When I did private coaching, it was definitely a little bit harder because we had to talk a lot about splitting criteria fairly. Once the dog has some skills that you've taught, then the dog kind of trusts the scenario. Then the dog can do the skills for food reinforcement from the person. It's really difficult for people to split down finally enough. Even if they're being coached, it's really hard for them to see those splits.
