Artistic expression is always, in a way, an exploration of relationship to ourselves. I wasn't as conscious that i am now, about the fact that it was actually also a tool for reflecting on myself and changing my relationship with myself and healing myself. And so now, well, i don't really compose any more. I do other things. But i think if i were to go back to art, that would be a very different way of perceiving what i am doing,. because i'm more aware of the fact like, yes, this is about navigating my relationship with himself also.
