How to Keep Your Eyes on the Prize

There are always so many components to what you should be looking at. We tell our athletes all the time is especially when they get down about their power in a race or, and so often athletes will see their powers down even though their speed was up. You need to have your eyes on the prize or else bad things are going to happen. But then at the same time you got all this information, you got all these cockpit dials and numbers that were relevant - fuel and flaps and all this stuff. And so there's this competition between keeping the eyes on the Prize and then looking at all the numbers. Right? Well, that's kind of what we want in our training process
