Mining in the Andes

CNN's John Sutter talks about the land grabs going on in latin america and africa. The same people behind a lot of the stuff we've been talking about, these oligarchs, are very interested in mining right now. They're trying to secure mineral resources for the coming so called electrical vehicle revolution - lithium and cobalt. This is a resource grab that it is literally going to destroy the developing world like we've never seen before. And there's no one on the left asleep at the wheel claiming to be an environmentalist yet.
