I love it t even though scheduling fun at first sounds like a betrayal of fun, i can see the wisdom of it. I think there's also an element of using fun, and using the unguardedness of it, to actually make it possible to see each other as human beings. And when you have fun with people, because of this element of connection and playfulness, you start to see them not as adversaries, you see them as human being.
