Is It Natural to Eating All Day?
There's so much more to it than just eating, you know, we aren't supposed to be awake all night either. People who have bad sleep, poor sleep in general, tend to have also hier instances. And i think that's more to go along with it, because now we're eating from early in the morning, early, early, toll late, late, late at night. And that's not natural. So it's really hard to untangle all the fact s, but i would still love to see a study.
