Anxiety is the cost that you pay for not doing a thing sooner rather than later. It shows itself in daily routines best of all, and how they reset every morning when you wake up. The way hat you enjoy your life is just to have no regrets. I think it's very easy to fall into the trap of thinking like something like meditation or exercise, or writing in the morning, or whatever your daily habit is,. There is infinite depth to any activities you can keep on doing, if only you get on with it. A break through for me was running off my fantasy at oshram - i had this one time when i went and stayed at Oshram for a week
