The Effects of Training Intensity on Energy Levels

There is no such thing as a steady state. There there but it does seem that below LT one that steady state they're in that's it seems to be steady longer. Whereas as soon as you move into threshold it becomes quite non steady. You start seeing this drift this uncoupling we see it with heart rate but we see it also with ventilation. Even the ventilation picture. Yeah because there's some you're becoming less efficient. You're recruiting more type two motor units which are less efficient so there's there's all kinds of things that are happening that are moving us towards a state of mobilization. More and more to achieve the same external power or pace.
