Is It a One-on-One Flirting or a Couple Approaching Someone Else?

I think not that it's wrong to walk up to somebody at a bar and say like do you want to go home with me but why should it be so different from approaching an individual as an individual? I definitely had a I went on a date with a couple and it never went anywhere. It wasn't dynamics I felt I could bring to the table and then I wasn't interested in the end. There is a clarity here that there might not be in maybe one-on-one flirting hitting on things where it's like yeah are you trying to do this specific thing or not That was my first experience with having sex with more than one person.
