Is HMB a Good Supplement for Strength Athletes?

Peters group did some excellent work on HMB and if you want to understand what we're referring to Greg wrote an article on stronger by science about some of the too good to be true type HMB studies. Do you see an application for HMB in any kind of physique or strength athlete? Peter: I don't know at this point I don't really recommend it to any strength or physique athlete but there is fairly consistent evidence that might help prevent muscle damage, reduce soreness and accelerate recovery.
