Harold henthorne went on trial for the murder of his wife tony. He pleaded not guilty, and that meant the stakes were doubly high. It would be a battle for both his freedom and his daughter. The burden of proof is always on the prosecution but in this case there was no forensic evidence or witnesses who saw harold push tony off the cliff.
