Fractured Kingdom by T. Dave Silva

The first thing I noticed going through this is how much. This feels like a 2000 to 2003 game. The sketchy black and white art that features a lot of anarcho punk type situations. Like there's definitely a rocker girl in here wearing tape over nipples in a bikini. It looks very much like it would have come out of the second wave of white wolf copycats. There aren't even really factions on this one. They're just more like power sources.
