HR McMaster: Donald Trump's determination to remain in the political game is causing the case of arrested development in American politics both parties would be a candidate from a generational shift in their candidates in 2024. If if Trump were to step aside if Joe Biden were to step down we would actually have an altogether better election, and it might be quite a bit too hard to see Rhonda Santis or Tim Scott take on say Gavin Newsom.
