The Importance of Class in Anthropology
I think I hid upon anthropology at quite an early age, and it was probably as a result of class differences. At home we talked about politics, current affairs, but at school you had to pretend that you were anti-intellectual and beef or rough in one of the gang. And I realised that in Britain, class is culture. And that cultural difference was really quite paramount to me at that age. Yeah. For your almost acquiring skills at a young age of shifting between those? And then how to translate?
