The Implications of Large Artery Occlusion in the RAMIS Trial
We're more concerned about mimics patients who present with a severe clear stroke syndrome that localizes very well to one area of the brain. That's where the mimic population is really centered so I really appreciated your explanation. We don't have a lot of data represented on the presence of large artery occlusion in this study. It was only present in 36 of the 700 patients in the study and so this is largely underrepresented. When you look at the confidence intervals I don't think we can say very much as to whether altiply or adapt is better but that we need more data.
