A friend of mine, his father, was traveling abroad recently and had a medical emergency. He needed to be hospitalized, and the local hospital wasn't able to meet his needs. So they reached out to m x global assist to see if they could cover the emergency medical evacuation to get him to a different hospital. And initially, i understand, m x did not agree to do it. But after some pushback, he got them to change their mind. It's worth knowing that sometimes you have to advocate for yourself. You can push back on these things. They covered the emergency medical evacuate to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.
