Zucs' Unique Horseshoe Shaped Airbags Provide a Communal Feel to the Vehicle

The goal was set that we wanted to provide the same level of safety for every seating position. By the time I arrived on the scene at Zucs in 2017, the team had already been working on this design. The horseshoe airbag is most like a side curtain airbag in a conventional vehicle. And it also sort of compartmentalizes the two rows so that we help minimize the risk of the occupants and the two rows interacting with each other, etc., or a crash.
