How Chief Product Officers Evaluate Performance
The role of Chief Product Officer is not standardized, and it means different things in different companies. At Rulingo, I lead three functions: product management, data science, and UX research. In terms of how am I evaluated in terms of performance, I swear it's different each time I get evaluated. It just depends on what matters at the time, right? So, but there's basically everything matters, and whatever is now working well, that's the thing I need to be focusing next.
