There's just so much there about what it means to be a young woman who might be experiencing power for the first time or something wild when she gets on the back of a horse. She's kind of reckoning with her own power and her lack of power at the same time that I just felt is very relatable. And I've never written a horse, you know, they're pretty, but I've never been on one, but I just, I love those kinds of novels.
