We can't expect the same pace of change on the transition across various regions, right? If you look at a road and you want to run a formula one race because you're in a hurry to get completed, then you need a formula one track for it. But if you're in an emerging market where the same road is being shared by multiple users who are traveling at different pace, then the speed limit has to be lower. Otherwise, you will have a complete crash out there.
