The word exercise can come with a lot of baggage for a lot of people. What's really important here is that we're regularly moving our bodies, not just that we're doing some kind of exercise routine. Housework, gardening and yard worker are all physical work because of those counts as movement. Try go for a walk in your neighborhood. And you could also try doing light stretches during any breaks you have throughout the day.
