The Lenses Are a Catalist for Conversation
I'm really intrigued by this notion that the lenses are a catalist for conversation, either between groups of peopleor in groups of people, or with yourself. In a group setting, i would imagine that you would want to be able to gravitate to the lense that is most appropriate to the issue under discussion. The other thing that i've heard is that people will use it to high light issues with the team that they feel team is not adequately paying attention to.
