How to Beat Hell in the Fastest Time Possible

A month ago Kenny said a new world record in hill percent which is just by any means necessary beating hell in the fastest time possible. Do you feel does the community feel that that time is even top of all? It just seems like such a perfect run to me. There's a handful of little things that can make it better though. You're not really going to see a perfect run in Spelunky just because of the RNG factor.
