The Importance of Ethical Consulting
I was a longtime Madpal fan. One of the things that I specifically admired is the company has an explicit commitment to doing ethical work. Since I've been here about four years now, I have been in a handful of situations where we have seen RFPs or had a potential to find a client reach out and we've decided that's not a project we want to pursue because it does feel unethical. It feels like we're manipulating people or we're really just trying to sell a product without it necessarily being the best thing for the consumer or the patient.
