Is China an Expansions Power?
There are two main factors that determine how vulnerable a state is to coercion, and then how aggressive they're willing to be in terms of the strategies they pursue. The first variable is can another country physically interrupt oil shipments to your state? The other variable is what i call the petroleum deficit. And it's not just how much oil you have that determines thes rais how many oil you need.
