The Concentric Circle of Pentecost

In Acts chapter two, verses one through 11, when the time for Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all in one place together. And there appeared to them tongues as a fire, which parted and came to rest on each one of them. They were astounded in him in amazement. We are Parthians, Medes, Elamites, inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia,. Pontus, Asia, Phrygia and Pamphilia, Egypt and the districts of Libya near Cyrene - yet we hear them speaking in our own languages.
