Every action that i've ever taken is because i wanted to solve some problem or fulfil some like desire, right on. And so we need to help equip people with the skills to address those problems. We want to go right to the root cause, address the actual obstacle and how they can overcome that specific obstacle. That is often the biggest anxiety reducer.
