Leaders who are able to push authority down and out into the teams are typically more effective as an organization. So it is really important for the leadership coming from the top to be good as well. There's a lot of emphasis on empathy and sort of culture and psychology within organizations that people need hard skills like product management and design and software engineering. But they alsoreally need soft skills which are poorly named because they're incredibly hard.
