There is nothing in any of these subsidies to help anybody with that year understand it. This is not an innovation grantsis a tax credit programme for journalism. I don't think if you've been up for three months, that's going to be enough. The stakes for unterprinters like that are incredibly high. And that level of risk scares off most people who are thinking about launching a news start up.
