The long term change, the big systemic change that needs to occur is we need to adjust our thought process about sleep. That starts with what our expectations are for them. It's not just medical priorty. It's the essence of being a human. You need food, you need water, you need sleep, you need shelter. Those are the things that we should be protecting as a culture.
