Rihardson: We need to have some sort of a sense of what isthe question that we're framing. So i don't want an explanation of why a web designer uses it and why a lawyer uses it. I'm looking for the overlap. What is it about base camp that's drawing both of these people? And then, where do they struggle with that? Where are the struggles around that? "We didn't necessarily need to speak to people who bought the ap," he says.
