The Purpose of the Family Business

Jordan: I really see that in working with the next generation members. Some of them some of whom are struggling with how do I identify with the enterprise and does it depict my values, my personal values? Where is that alignment? And encouraging enterprising families and family business advisors working with them to revisit those issues because they're really fundamental.
