The Legal Battle Over Machine Learning Model Weights
There's like an interesting legal battle i think going on so my god a dmca take down for releasing the weights. Now they're arguing that you cannot copyright machine learning model weights. The argument is that it falls under the same grounds as images generated by stable diffusion and some of these other works that can't be copyrighted because they're not man made works we're venturing into interesting waters here legally with AI.
