Inhaling Nitric Oxide Is a Great Vasodilator

If you're in trouble, my sense would be to think about a pulmonary specific vasodilator. Here at our shop, we use nitric oxide. Other places I know use epoprostenol. A trade name is called valetry or flow land. The newest formulation is room temperature stable. So some shops will use that, but here at our place we'll utilize inhaled nitric.
