I've Seen a Patient With a Hemoglobin of Three Who Was Very Tired and Unable to Talk to Us.

For the more extreme anemias, and thee sort of rare case when you might find someone with a hema globin between, say, one gram perdesoletor and four and a half. Ithink the lowest i've ever seen was one point three grams tor desoletor. Somebody's dropped that low, it's very unlikely they're going to be conscious in talking to you if that developed quickly. So keeping the patient in patient contect in mind is very, very important.
