I wanted to stay small boutique actually. I wanted to be like five people. But you know it's one of those things that you have to make a decision and so obviously I chose to scale. After after doing both, I can certainly see the benefits and the reasons why you would want to do that. If you think four years from now you could have a 20 person agency where you're managing the day to day on your own timetable you have positive cash flow predictable revenue. That's kind of a dream. Yeah.
