If you want a private network, are you talking about an organization that's large enough to be able to license their chunk of spectrum and do that just for their own thing? There are spectrums that are, i would say, like local. Again, you need to go to a specific body and say, in this area, i want to radiate,. You get a authorization to do that and go. So yo, you can't le go and just radiate five g whenever. And it's much more organized.
