Permissions and Apex

Run as is a tool that allows users to run their queries under the name of another user. The team behind it has completely rebuilt how they implement all the, like, running as a certain user or whatever. It's much better and way more scalable for the future stuff they're going to want to do with permissions and apex. profiles are going to get neutered in favor of permission sets.
