The Maker Manager Balance

i need to respect the manager more, and i need to give him more time. I feel like i have neglected my manager too much in this process. It was obvious that i should be doing one thing and not two things. All i had to do was give that manager two hours to to satl artis. And then a i woke up one day thinking i would be practising law until i died. But then a i spent really, less than two hours lookingat whether i should bedoing two things at once. That's what led me to quit being a lawyer.
