Investing in a Deal as an Angel Investor
If you're investing in a deal as an angel investor, i think you should be leveraging the heck out of that. There's always a ton of leverage from someone who basically says, look, you don't have to give me everything up front. It's almost like a riskless trait, in a way. Verse is, say, working with, hypothetically, an influenceor who just has up front equity.
