What's the Equilibrium Stateit?

There has been a change in how people think about work and the identity that they develop purely from their work. And its leading them to ask more questions and to consider other choices. But then the question goes to, what? What? What's the equilibrium stateit? Where? Where? where does this ultimately settle down? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this,. because what you talk about in the book are different, i think you call them different cycles. So given all that, write, luke, how should one behave, or think about the choices that they are presented with about what makes for a better life?
