Are You Preserving One Another's Dignity?

The two things that you have to protect in an organization are human dignity and love. And i know that sounds really soft, but are people loving each other in the organization, and are they preserving one another's dignity? It's so funny. We can't just assume that the right way to do this is a black and white way. we have to ask ourselves, what's going to actually accomplish the goal while preserving people's human dignity and a sense of love and honor? So i guess that's what we're arguing for here, is we're saying, let's make sure that we're not, you know, throwing the baby out with the bath water."
