How to Be an Analytical Critic in Design Thinking
The most important thing people should approach these things with is a sense of confidence about themselves. I think it's so useful to be maybe even a little over analytical, but certainly you need to be analytical a little bit. A part of design thinking is also like this, that you have to be a little critic, self-critical and get your ego out of the way.
