How to Keep the Culture of the Acquired Company
We're keeping each other more informed an a much more informal basis, shorter, purposeful meetings than almost like the stand up style of stal suptates itis. How to keep the culture when we're a part of the acquired entity instead of quirer? In this case, it's really hard to raise the hand and just suggest some intigration culture to avoid bad environment. Just getting involved in different aspects, i think of the acquirers business, maybe non business related, will help you to at least understand and assimilate a bit.
