Roxanne Jones: Cardi B has to approve anything that comes out of this deal, any type of promotion. She can't allow anything with her image on any video, she needs to be willing to see a copy of that, and they have to make adjustments if she doesn't agree with what she's promoting. "This screams that Cardi B is saying, you know, we do not play with small timers," Jones says.
