The Second Law Thermodynamics
There's a fundamental law of physics called the Second Law Thermodynamics. It says that when you create order, you have unintended consequences. And in particular, when you create socioeconomic systems, you have socioeconomic entropy. A significant part of social unrest we see across the globe is actually driven by this extraordinary phenomena that we're going through and the stresses and strains that that inevitably causes. One of the deep questions we have to ask ourselves is what cities are going to look like in 50 or 100 years?
