The Rise of the Industrious in the CBD

Spencer: Lenny, there's some great success within industrious and certain of their locations. But maybe some of them in the suburbs seem to be outperforming the CBDs. What are you seeing? Spencer: It depends on the size of the occupier. Smaller companies or smaller tendencies are seeing a much greater return to office. Those large tendencies, those large organizations are lagging in utilization.
